Nya knivdiskar och annat är på gång!
You might think I've just relaxed now during the off-season, but instead I've focused on things that I didn't have time to do during the high season!
I've done what I think is a bit fun and things that are needed to keep your robotic lawnmower in good shape! The common thread with everything is that I've tried to do everything in a better way than the original parts. Everything I've developed myself contains something that I thought was better and adds value to the customer through better function and longer life! Just the way I want it, simply!

A new feature that will come is, among other things, knife disks with the option of 10 or 5 blades depending on what you like. There will be two models for e.g. 310/315/435X and for the larger machines 420-550.
This will be the first disk on the market for the Nera models with more than three blades. A slight modification will be required but it can be fixed very quickly!

I have tried out my own designed 3D printed blade disks during the fall and it works very well after slightly different versions. Power consumption and operating time are very close to the original.

The big advantage of my blade disk is a better cutting result and that you don't have to change blades as often as with the original. I have also tried to make a design that prevents the blades from getting stuck in the retracted position.

Advantages:
Better cutting results
5 blade blades and 5 spare threads for those who think 10 is too much
10 blade blades for those who want it for maximum convenience
Less frequent blade replacement (assuming you don't have stones etc. lying on the lawn)
Thicker plastic around the blade threads for longer life
Less risk of the blade blades getting stuck in the retracted position

Disadvantages:
Not a good idea if you have stones in your lawn and the blades are often bent or extremely worn
