Find machine model and manufacturing date

Are you not sure which model of machine you have or when it was manufactured?
It is important to ensure that you get the right spare parts. If you are still unsure after this and if the pictures of the parts do not look right, please contact us!

Tip:
The machine model and year and week of manufacture are on the machine's nameplate.
The first two numbers are the year and the next two numbers are the week.
Example Serial no: 251815906 means that the machine was manufactured in week 18 of 2025

Newer models (without a cover on the top):
There is a nameplate on the machine, in my picture of the 320 NERA it is located by the carrying handle.

Slightly older machines (with a cover over the display and keypad):
A sticker is stuck on the underside of the cover and can be seen when the cover is open.

Older machines (with transparent cover over display and keypad):
A sticker is located under the front cover next to the cutting height adjustment knob.
